Morebyte service is hassle-free at all times. You can cancel orders for Products in part or in whole before the shipment is marked "Out for Delivery." Orders that have been categorized as "Ready for Delivery" cannot be canceled. You may track your order in the 'My Order' section of your Platform account or by clicking on the link supplied to your email address. Our top concerns are customer satisfaction and comfort..

If you change your mind about a specific order of the Product(s), you can cancel it on the Platform under the "My Orders" section of your account.

Step 1: Create an account.

Step 2: Navigate to the My Orders area of your account.

Step 3: Choose the product you wish to cancel.

Step 4-You may cancel numerous products at the same time by just picking that product.

Step 5: Please explain why you are canceling.

Step 6: Click the Cancel button.

After clicking the cancel button, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified by your specified mobile number and email address. A refund request will be sent out right away.


a). After the submission of the cancellation request, You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is acknowledged, and the money paid toward the partial/full order will be reimbursed to you within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being granted. The sum will be reimbursed to you using the same method of payment used for the transaction or as a credit to your store credit account, which may be used for future purchases.

b). We do not issue cash refunds. The sum will be reimbursed to you within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method you used.

c). Banks or financial intermediaries may take longer to process refund requests. However, if the refund does not occur by the specified date, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
